A 成人直播 lecturer is set to appear on BBC 2鈥檚 Trust Me I鈥檓 a Doctor tonight at 9 o鈥檆lock.
Dr Andy Johnson, a BU psychology lecturer, will appear on the show as an expert in the field of concentration enhancement, as reported in today鈥檚 issue of The Times.
Andy will be presenting his findings on a recent experiment that tested the effects that caffeine, chewing gum, eating fudge and swallowing sage pills have on the brain鈥檚 performance and alertness.
In keeping with Andy鈥檚 previous research into cognitive psychology, tonight鈥檚 episode of Trust Me I鈥檓 a Doctor will hone in on useful and surprising ways that we can improve our cognitive performance even late into the day. Dr Johnson鈥檚 previous research has included relatively neglected areas including olfactory, gustatory and tactile memory, and has looked at how cycling and wine impacts on memory.
