BU graduate receives prestigious Hospitality Mentoring Award
成人直播 graduate Daniele Quattromini has been named as the winner of this year鈥檚 Gold Service Scholarship for hospitality award.
As winner, he will receive a year鈥檚 worth of expert mentoring, where he will work with the Royal Household at a state banquet, visit the vineyards of Champagne and Bordeaux, amongst other things.
Quattromini, 25, graduated from 成人直播鈥檚 hospitality management course in 2013, and worked at Chewton Glen and Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat鈥橲aisons while studying. He now manages Club Lounge 39 鈥� a private members club in Canary Wharf.
Competing against seven finalists during a lunch service at Connaught hotel, London, Quattromini described winning the award as 鈥渁n honour鈥� and added that 鈥渘ext year will be an incredible experience.
鈥淚 hope over the next year my own work and experiences will inspire other young people to pursue a career in this dynamic and rewarding industry鈥�.
Another Bournemouth Graduate 鈥� James O鈥橩eeffe 鈥� made it to the final, with Daniele winning the event.听
