The BU Big Match – AFC Bournemouth versus Tottenham Hotspur - is an opportunity to celebrate the partnership between ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ and AFC Bournemouth, which is now in its third season.
The BU Big Match will highlight how the partnership is reaching audiences in the UK and internationally, as well as showing our commitment to the region and the contribution our staff and students make to the wider community.
The match takes place on the day of the second anniversary of the formal BU and AFC partnership announcement, when AFC Bournemouth play Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League. There will be a series of events and activities this week to engage the whole BU Community, regionally, nationally and internationally. These will include an inaugural , a school visit as part of our widening participating work, a project with SUBU volunteering, links to BU alumni around the world, while on the day itself activity at the game will include the BU Big Band playing at the ground.
As part of the AFC Bournemouth and BU partnership, we have one pair of tickets to give away for staff and one pair of tickets for students for the BU Big Match, which kicks off at 2.05pm on Sunday 25 October.

Winners will be notified after the draw closes on Thursday and tickets will need to be collected from the Office of the Vice-Chancellor - 5th Floor of Poole House at Talbot Campus – between 9am and 3pm on Friday 23 October.
The draw is open to all current staff and students at ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥. You need to use your official BU staff or student e-mail address to enter the competition.
