During the summer break, we've been working hard to continually develop and improve the facilities across our two sites.聽
The construction of the Poole Gateway Building at Talbot Campus and Bournemouth Gateway Building at Lansdowne Campus have both been progressing well over the summer months. They will continue to develop quickly over the coming months and you can find out more .

Talbot Campus
You鈥檒l notice brand new signage across Talbot Campus. Old signs have been removed and replaced with new and improved signs, which offer a consistent and modern approach to wayfinding. With the many on-going changes around campus, the signs will allow for simple updates in future and ensure easier navigation for our students, staff and visitors for many years.
Various landscaping improvements have taken place around Talbot Campus, including the entrance to Poole House where redundant sculpture plinths have been removed to make way for more grassy areas and new benches have been installed. Areas around the Fusion Building, Dorset House and the Student Village have either been returned to grass or had plants added to any previously bare sections.
To support 成人直播鈥檚 sustainability message, additional 鈥樷�� toilets have been provided on the ground floor of Talbot House. These toilets use only 1.5 litres of water per flush, compared to an average of nine litres, saving 84% on water use. This low water use also means a significant energy saving due to reduced water and waste processing.
The Islamic prayer room facilities based in Talbot House have been improved and there is now separate male and female access to the area.
Enhancements to the footpath and cycle lane that enters the campus from Wallisdown Road 鈥� next to Christchurch House 鈥� have been made. This pathway has been widened to improve safety for both cyclists and pedestrians in the area.
The Atrium Art Gallery has been relocated from the first floor of Poole House to the ground floor Atrium, next to Starbucks Coffee. To find out about upcoming exhibitions, .
Refurbishment work continues on the fourth floor of Weymouth House and is expected to be finished by mid-autumn. The floor is being completely remodelled to create a working environment for staff, which will include one-to-one tutorial and meeting rooms.
Lansdowne Campus
The team (ALS) has聽moved聽their offices on Lansdowne Campus from Studland House to the third floor of Bournemouth House. You can visit the ALS team in B316, Bournemouth House at Lansdowne. If you'd like to chat you're welcome to聽pop-in,聽no appointment needed.

Works are continuing to take place until the end of October to the ground and sixth floors of the Executive Business Centre. These works are to expand the specialist areas dedicated to the 听(翱搁滨).
Travelling to BU and around Bournemouth
To help students get to and from our campuses, as well as travel around the local area, runs a number of聽services, and improvements have been made over the summer to make your journeys easier and more accessible. Changes came into effect on 17 September and more information about the different services can be found on the聽聽web page.
Main changes include:
- An , with services running up to every eight minutes during the day. There are also more buses departing on the U1 service between 7pm and 7.15pm, providing additional capacity at this busy time of the evening.
- UNIBUS passengers are now able to purchase聽聽through a mobile phone app.
