The call for abstracts for our annual Showcasing Undergraduate Research Excellence (SURE) conference has been extended to Friday 29 January 2021.
SURE is BU鈥檚 annual conference giving undergraduate students and recent graduates the opportunity to showcase their research. Whether a dissertation, an assignment, or work carried out whilst on placement 鈥� SURE is the perfect opportunity to give a wider platform to your work.
The annual conference takes place each spring. This year the conference will take place virtually via听Zoom on Wednesday 17 March 2021 and we are accepting abstract submissions to be considered for the conference until Friday 29 January 2021.听
By taking part you will benefit from the experience of presenting your research as well as earning a great addition to your CV. The following prizes will also be available:听
- 拢20听Amazon voucher awarded to the best presentation and poster from each faculty听
- One BU Master鈥檚 fee waiver will be awarded. This waiver must be used in September 2021 and will be awarded to a final year student, or recent graduate.听
How to apply听
To apply you will need to complete an听abstract submission form听and return it to听[email protected], ensuring that you听include your faculty听in the email subject line. These听guidance notes听will be helpful when writing your abstract.听听
The deadline for submitting abstracts for the 2021 conference is Friday 29 January 2021.听听
