BU’s student records system myHub will be upgraded from Friday 22 April, at approximately 5pm, and is expected to be available again on Monday 25 April at approximately 1pm.
To minimise any disruption, the bulk of the work is being undertaken over the weekend Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 April. As a result, myHub, and all associated links, will be unavailable during this time.Â
This upgrade ensures BU continues to comply with our support agreement and enables us to take advantage of new functionality, address any emerging issues and provide an improved user experience.
Anyone who tries to access myHub during the upgrade will be redirected to a holding page which explains what to do in the event of a query.
