BU’s student records system myHub will be upgraded from Thursday 25 April, 17:00 until Monday 29 April, 13:00. As a result, myHub, and all associated links, will be unavailable during this time.
This upgrade ensures we continue to comply with our support agreement and enables us to take advantage of new functionality, address any emerging issues and provide an improved user experience.
Anyone who tries to access myHub during the upgrade will be redirected to a holding page which explains what to do in the event of any queries.
Extension requests
If you need to request an extension for any assessments due on Friday 26 April, or before 13:00Â on Monday 29 April, please do so as soon as possible. If myHub is offline before you have placed your request then email brief details to your Faculty Programme Support Team to notify them before your submission due date/time.

You will then be able to place your full request in myHub using the 'Non-standard' request form once myHub is re-available on Monday 29 April. To do this, use the 'Other request' button, which you will see next to the section, "The details of the assessment(s) I want to request are missing / look incorrect"
Any other requests for extensions that are due after 13:00 on Monday 29 April, should be placed as normal once myHub is re-available. For full information about requesting an extension head to the exceptional circumstances page.
