Achieve @ BU Team
The听Achieve @ BU Team听are available over the summer听from Monday to Friday,听9am -听4:30pm. You can contact the team via听[email protected]听or听on the AskBU phone number -听01202 969696.
ALS听
听(ALS) team will be available throughout the summer from听Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm. You can contact them via email听[email protected]听or call on 01202 965663.
AskBU
The听AskBU听team will be available throughout the summer听from Monday to听Friday, 9am - 5pm (4.30pm Fridays). You can contact the team听via email听[email protected],听call 01202 969696, or visit us in Poole House on听Talbot Campus.

Bus services
The Unibus service will be听running on the reduced听听over the break. Check out the new , which has replaced clickit2ride,听for听live timetable information as well as quick and easy payment and ticketing options.听
CareersBU
The CareersBU听team听will be available in the Careers Zone at The Hub in Poole House from Monday to Friday, between 11am - 3pm.听You can also听听to speak with a Careers Consultant, either in-person or virtually.
The team will also be running a听series of free听careers webinars over the summer,听and you can always use听听to听search for careers resources, graduate jobs, placements and more.
Faith & Reflection
The听Faith & Reflection centre听will be open until the end of July,听from听Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm. The centre will be closed for August听and听open again from听Friday 1 September.
Over the summer the prayer and contemplation room听will听still be available (BGB 401, Bournemouth Gateway Building,听Lansdowne Campus). During August听there will be a听designated Islamic Prayer Space in P218,听Poole House,听Talbot Campus, with prayer mats available.

The weekly Global Caf茅 for international students will continue to run until Wednesday 24 July, each Wednesday, 5pm - 6.30pm, in the Faith & Reflection Centre.听
IT support听
The computers in听The Sir Michael Cobham Library and听Weston Library听remain open to students 24 hours a day, every day.
IT support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in various forms throughout the summer:
- 8am -听5pm, Monday to Friday, full service support from the BU IT Services team
- 5pm -听8am, Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends, basic first line support over the phone is available through our out of hours team. 鈥嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧��

Libraries
Both libraries will remain open听over the summer break, with听library staff available for help and advice from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.听Please check our website for full details of the听library opening times听and how to听contact the library team听over the holidays.
All听lending copies of books and DVDs are automatically renewed听every 7 days, unless an item has been reserved by someone else.听
If you plan to study at home over the break听the e-journals and e-books that 成人直播 subscribes to are all available off campus.听Detailed help in finding and accessing e-resources off campus is available online in our听library guide.
Medical Centre
Our on campus听Student Medical Centre听will be closed for听the summer break from 5pm on Friday 14听June. If you need to contact a doctor you can call听听in Wallisdown, at听63 Kinson Road BH10 4BX听on 01202 636400, or call NHS 111.听If it is听an emergency please call 999. To听register online visit听the听.
Residential Services
The Residential Services and LettingsBU teams will be available from Monday to听Friday, 9am - 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays), via听email听or by phone. They will be听unavailable on 15听and 16听August听to deal with the main A-level results and Clearing period.听
The LettingsBU team will be听available from Monday to听Friday, 9am - 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays), via听email听or by phone.
- All halls of residence will have a member of staff available 24/7 over the entire summer period and/or an emergency telephone number for you to contact and speak with a member of staff. If you are unsure what this is please speak with your local accommodation team.
- If you're living in听a Unilet or LettingsBU managed shared student house, you should continue to use your usual out of hours support and call the main Poole House reception number (01202 524111) for emergencies.
- If you鈥檙e living听in private accommodation, you should have been provided with an out of hours numbers to call, so contact your provider, landlord or agent direct if you听haven鈥檛 or are unsure.
SportBU
SportBU听will remain open throughout the break听please听visit the website for the sport and fitness class timetable, plus booking and contact details.听
Student Wellbeing
Student Wellbeing will offer a reduced appointment-based service over the summer, this will mostly be remote appointments but a limited number of face-to-face appointments are available.听You can contact the team via email [email protected], or via phone on 01202 965020. We may take longer than usual to respond to queries. Please also note there will be no drop-in available over the summer. Please see the听website for how to refer and for more information about our support services.

SUBU Advice听
The SUBU Advice team will be available over the summer, Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm. Please email [email protected] to request a call back or to book an appointment in person.听听for more details.
University Retreat
The University Retreat on Talbot Campus will be closed from听Monday 24听- Friday 28 June for staff training, and will then close for the summer from Saturday 20听July听until Monday 9听September听- during this听time students can access .听
