   AskBU is your one-stop-shop for student enquiries - you can contact us by email and phone, or drop in to see us at Talbot or Lansdowne Campus - we're open during term-time and vacations. 

2. The Hub

   The Hub in Poole House, Talbot Campus, is the home of Student Services from Monday to Friday.

3. Contact our health and wellbeing services

   Find all of the details for our BU support teams, as well as external local and national support services.

4. Work for BU: Apply to be a Student Advice Assistant

   Our AskBU Students' Service are looking to recruit a team of Advice Assistants - open to final year students, recent graduates or as part of a placement. Closing date 14 April.

5. Find a job

   We will support you with job hunting advice during your studies and after you graduate, helping you search for roles and offering advice about CVs, covering letters and interviews.

   BU's central enquiry service is celebrating 10 years supporting students

7. Damaged or lost student ID card?

   Make sure that you've got your ID card to use as identification during exams. If your ID card has been damaged you can get a free replacement from the Library or AskBU.

8. Financial support

   We can provide financial support and money advice while you're studying at ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥.

9. Immigration and visas

   Get advice about your visa application and find the answers to a range of immigration-related questions.
