Course accreditation
The Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) are the independent regulatory body for patent and trade mark attorneys and are responsible for setting the education and training requirements for qualification as a patent attorney and a trade mark attorney.
Study options
You can choose to study via blended delivery or entirely online. Blended study: Attendance at ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ for three residential weekends, supported by online activities between the teaching weekends and a final exam. Online study: delivered through pre-recorded lectures delivered at the same time as the blended study teaching weekends followed by live (zoom) Q&A sessions the week after, supported by online activities between the teaching weekends and a final exam.
